Rice Cakes! They’re sort of like pancakes, but not. Our children love rice, so we often cook a larger than needed pot for our dinners and feast on the leftovers.
This is the recipe as it appeared in the Whole Foods cookbook.
Because I had hyped these to the girls as being “just like pancakes”, I adapted just a tad. I left out the onions, and added a bit more sugar than it called for.
The girls ate them with our homemade grape syrup – and they LOVED them!
